Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking a Lead Logistics, Documentation and Customer Service professional in Montreal-Est. You will act as a pivot between customers, operations and the team to coordinate customer service, logistics and documentation with emphasis on accuracy of internal processes.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics, strong leadership, Excel proficiency and familiarity with customs. The position offers a weekday day shift and full-time permanent status with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a logistics or transport environment.
• Minimum 5+ years in a similar role.
• Strong leadership; ability to guide and grow the team.
• Ability to manage high volumes of information and priorities.
• Strategic mindset; rigorous and solution-oriented.
• Proficiency in Excel and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee high-level customer service: file follow-ups, email management, rapid problem resolution, and clear communication with customers.
• Coordinate the track & trace of deliveries and ensure that operations are carried out in accordance with commitments.
• Billing and the approval of truck driver payroll.
• Ensure the transmission and verification of work orders and transport documents with the documentation team.
• Collaborate closely with the operations department in an open and collaborative environment.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and the accuracy of administrative documentation.
• This position requires an excellent ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a strategic overall vision.
