Job summary

Canada West Land is seeking a Lead Land Analyst to steer land administration activities from our Fort St. John office. You will lead a team, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure regulatory compliance while building strong client relationships.

You'll mentor teammates, oversee project delivery, and drive continuous improvement in processes and data management. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Land Administration or Land Agent considered an asset.
• 7+ years in land administration/agent or relevant experience is required.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
• Customer/client focus.
• Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability.
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to teammates and stakeholders.
