Qualifications

  • 0–2 years’ industry-related experience.
  • Land Analyst certificate an asset.
  • Experience with iMapBC/ILRR/GATOR/LTSA/BCOnline an asset.
  • Knowledge of regulatory applications an asset.
  • High level of integrity with confidential documents and information.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite of products.

Responsibilities

  • Perform corporate and land title searches and registrations.
  • Enter updates and maintain project status in database.
  • Prepare requests for third-party agreements and consents.
  • Prepare surface legal documents and related documentation.
  • Prepare Crown applications for disposition.
  • Identify interested parties according to provincial regulations.
  • Perform self-audits and adhere to Synergy policies.
  • Participate in Synergy HSE policies and procedures.
  • Stay current on relevant local affairs/news.
  • Perform general reception duties as required.
