Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including air distribution, hydronics, and refrigeration.
• Experience in reading mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Familiar with codes and standards such as ASHRAE.
• Understanding of budgeting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of HVAC projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare budgets and project schedules.
• Conduct site visits and inspections.
