Job summary

LEA Consulting seeks an MTO Project Manager and Lead Highway Engineer to lead highway and transportation projects, driving planning, design, and delivery for MTO and other clients in Northern Ontario. You will mentor technical staff and guide project teams across the region.

This role emphasizes business development, relationship management, and proposal leadership within an employee-owned, collaborative culture that values flexible hybrid work and delivering high-quality infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with 15+ years of highway engineering and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design activities for complex highway projects in accordance with TAC and MTO guidelines.
• Lead business development activities and prepare proposals for MTO and other clients.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and mentor technical staff.
• Manage project progress, schedules and budgets with risk mitigation.
