WSP is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Transportation – Highways to lead highway design and MTO projects in Ontario. You will steer multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure high-quality outcomes for major infrastructure initiatives.

The role emphasizes mentorship, client collaboration, and delivering innovative, sustainable transportation solutions that connect communities across Canada.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer in Canada (Ontario preferred) with a Civil Engineering degree.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex transportation projects, including highway design.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and navigate strategic decisions.
• Expertise in project scheduling tools and contract documentation.

Responsabilités

• Deliver highway design solutions for large-scale infrastructure projects in Ontario.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of MTO projects, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality standards to meet client expectations and milestones.
• Collaborate with clients, agencies, and partners to align project goals with community needs.
• Drive proposal development and cost estimates for high-profile projects including P3 and alternative delivery models.
• Mentor and guide engineers and coordinators, fostering knowledge transfer and growth.
