Job summary

Evolution Mining Red Lake Operations in Northwestern Ontario seeks a Hoist/Shaft and Stationary Plant Supervisor to lead maintenance for hoists, shafts and stationary equipment, and oversee safety and performance of crews on site.

The role features a 7-on/7-off 12-hour roster, with options for FIFO or DIDO and camp accommodation. Competitive CAD 130,000–160,000 salary, bonus structure and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years hoist maintenance experience.
• Three (3) years of directly related experience with shafts and underground operations.
• Knowledge of fixed mining equipment and industrial system reliability.
• Five (5) years of supervisory experience.
• Proven leadership and management track record.
• Experience with Pronto CMMS and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of hoist plants, shafts and ancillary plant.
• Develop and coordinate maintenance schedules and supervise crews.
• Monitor KPIs for equipment performance and reliability.
• Ensure maintenance is executed safely, on time and cost-effectively.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and report reliability metrics.
• Contribute to annual maintenance and production planning.
