BAAC Construction Inc. is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead long-haul fibre optic construction across Alberta.

Qualifications

• Experience leading telecommunications fibre projects in Alberta.
• Delivery of long-haul fibre projects in urban and rural settings.
• Experience with competitive tenders for civil construction and material procurement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close out assigned long-haul fibre build sections within schedule and budget.
• Lead coordination with field operations on civil, aerial construction, fibre placement, splicing, and testing.
• Manage permitting timelines and ensure compliance with permit conditions in the field.
• Provide progress reporting to executive leadership and client; identify and mitigate risks.
