Job summary

RFNOW Inc. is seeking a Construction Foreman – Jetting Crew to lead our jetting teams on fibre optic projects across Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

You will model safe work practices, assign tasks, provide training, and monitor performance on site, reading plans, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring materials and manpower are available. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to quality, with a full-time schedule Monday to Friday and weekly overtime

Qualifications

• Experience supervising field crews on construction sites.
• Ability to read job plans and locate utilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to train and mentor workers in best practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Jetting Crew and ensure tasks are completed.
• Ensure fibre optic cable is jetted into builds.
• Read job plans and utility locates for approvals.
• Coordinate daily activities to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Plan materials and manpower to cover scope and issues.
• Mentor workers on construction safety and practices.
