Qualifications

• Experience as an Estimator within the construction industry.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all estimating and preconstruction activities for commercial tenant improvements.
• Prepare, review, and oversee bids for potential projects, assessing risk and value.
• Identify opportunities through public tenders and support new projects prospecting.
• Work with clients and consultants to ensure bids are comprehensive and clear.
• Develop preliminary project schedules and budget forecasts.
• Collaborate with site leadership to document ongoing projects.
