Job summary

Faber Work is seeking an experienced Estimator to lead the creation of estimates and bids for commercial tenant improvement projects in Calgary. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager and Project Management teams to ensure bids and estimates are accurate, clear, and aligned with company goals.

You will lead all estimating and preconstruction activities, prepare bids, assess risk, and collaborate with clients, consultants, and leadership to drive successful tender submissions

Qualifications

• Experience as an Estimator within the construction industry.
• Experience estimating commercial tenant improvement projects.
• Experience using a variety of estimating software and tools.
• Desire to work directly with the senior leadership team and support the continuing growth of the company on a long-term basis.
• Proven ability to communicate with dynamic teams on multiple projects.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to find quick solutions and implement them proactively in dealing with problems.

Responsibilities
