The Role

We’re hiring a Full-Stack Designer to elevate Instantly’s brand, product, and marketing presence across every touchpoint. You’ll design everything from feature announcements and social media assets to sleek UI/UX flows, landing pages, and full app redesigns. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and growth teams to bring bold ideas to life—fast. If you love switching between Figma, web banners, and crisp layout systems in the same day, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Design feature launches, product updates, and lifecycle content across web and email.
• Own the visual identity across social media, ads, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with product to redesign and improve UI/UX across the Instantly platform.
• Translate complex ideas into clear, clean, and modern design systems.
• Work closely with marketing to support paid campaigns and experiments.
• Create and maintain a scalable design system across brand and product.
• Turn feedback into fast iterations with a bias for shipping.

What You Bring

• Proven experience designing for SaaS, ideally across brand and product.
• Mastery of Figma and a strong grasp of layout, type, color, and motion.
• Experience designing high-performing social, email, and paid creative.
• A sharp eye for modern, conversion-friendly UI.
• Ability to take ownership from concept to final asset—fast and autonomously.
• Bonus: front-end familiarity (Webflow, Framer, or basic HTML/CSS).
