How will you help us get there:

As our Lead Designer, reporting into our CMO, you will work cross-functionally with our teams to lead and deliver thoughtful and consistent designs across both Product and Marketing. This is a strategic, high-impact role that blends both creativity and leadership. You’ll have the opportunity to be a thought partner to the Product team, a mentor to our designers, and a driving force for design consistency across the company.

Your Primary Role will be to:

• Strategic Design Leadership: Collaborate with product and marketing teams to oversee the creation of compelling, on-brand product designs and marketing collateral, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints while supporting product development from concept through launch.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and growth marketers to develop intuitive user experiences and compelling visuals that drive engagement and conversions across Product and Marketing channels.
• Design System Development: Establish and refine scalable design systems, processes, and standards to maintain consistency and support the company's growth.
• Team Management and Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages professional development and high-quality output.
• User-Centered Advocacy: Champion user-centered design principles and data-driven decision-making, integrating user feedback and analytics into the design process to enhance user satisfaction and business performance.
• Design Consistency and Quality: Oversee the execution of design initiatives, ensuring visual consistency, usability, and alignment with brand identity across all product and marketing materials.

Some key attributes of a successful candidate:

• 5+ years of design experience across product and marketing with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity
• Proven ability to lead projects from discovery to execution while providing mentorship and guidance to other designers
• A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and creative marketing work
• Proven ability to work across multiple channels and formats while maintaining visual consistency
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards
• Strong communication and presentation skills—you can articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively and capable of acting as a strategic thought partner
• Experience maintaining or evolving design systems and design operations
