Job summary

Government of Manitoba in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a CRC Curriculum and Assessment Consultant to lead curriculum alignment, development, and assessment resources for Manitoba’s K-12 education. Qualifications

  • Extensive experience teaching Kindergarten to Grade 12 education.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong leadership and time management.

Responsibilities

  • Align provincial curricula, assessments, resources, and support materials with the Framework for Learning and government priorities.
  • Develop and refine curriculum implementation resources and capacity building supports.
  • Lead or participate in cyclical refinement of curricula and communicate updates to the field.
  • Provide coordination and guidance to teams of teachers developing curriculum documents.
  • Engage teachers in pilot projects and collaborative development of curriculum resources.
