Job summary

Instacart seeks a Lead Contingent Workforce Program Manager to inherit and mature our MSP/VMS platform, turning it into a governed, scalable program with policy and process rigor. You will partner with Legal, Accounting, IT, and Finance to build durable governance and supplier networks for external labor.

You’ll drive adoption through training and enablement materials, define the playbook for ongoing governance, and plan international expansion via centralized EOR, while aligning with the Talent

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, operations, or workforce management, with a demonstrated track record of building programs from scratch in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a fully governed contingent workforce program with governance frameworks and SOPs.
• Own onboarding and offboarding, supplier network management, and compliance with rate, classification, and SOX controls.
