Qualifications

• Senior or lead level Content Designer comfortable in complex, regulated environments.
• Experience with direct investing, self-directed investing or trading products.
• Experience bringing AI into content or design workflows.
• Interested in shaping what a Content Design practice becomes next.

Responsibilities

• Lead CxD across complex investing and trading experiences
• Shape content for different investor types, from new to experienced
• Build foundations for an AI-enabled Content Design practice
• Explore smarter ways for AI and Content Designers to collaborate
• Partner with Product, Design, Legal and Compliance
• Create clear, concise experiences designed heavily for mobile
• Champion accessibility and inclusive content
• Drive ideas forward with autonomy to implement them
