Job summary

Huge is seeking a Director of AI Content Strategy to drive innovation and excellence in AI-powered content initiatives. You will lead development of scalable content ecosystems, governance, and conversational AI strategies across multiple client engagements.

Applicants should have deep expertise in Conversational AI, LLM prompting, information architecture, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to deliver world-class digital experiences while guiding enterprise-scale content systems.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in content strategy, UX writing, content design or adjacent strategic roles.
• Proven experience in enterprise-scale content systems, governance, information architecture.
• Expertise in content governance, audit, lifecycle management; information architecture; editorial voice/tone.
• Experience with conversation design and AI platforms (chatbots, voice assistants).
• Knowledge of LLM behavior, prompting, and limitations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for internal teams and clients.
• Drive content governance, audits, workflow design, and lifecycle management.
• Create and evolve information architecture, content models, taxonomy structures, and metadata systems.
• Develop strategy including voice & tone frameworks, messaging guidelines, and systemized content patterns.
• Partner with Experience Design, Product, and Engineering to scale content operations.
