Job summary

Creative Niche Inc. is seeking a senior/lead Content Designer to join a major financial services organization. You’ll own complex investing and trading experiences, shaping the content and guiding how AI influences design workflows.

This highly visible role focuses on mobile experiences, accessibility, and collaboration with Product, Legal, and Compliance. If you love taking ownership and turning ideas into reality, apply to help define what the Content Design practice becomes next.

We’re looking for a Lead Content Designer to join a major financial services organization and work at the intersection of content design, investing and AI.

This is a highly visible, hands on role where you’ll work across direct investing and trading experiences, from everyday investor journeys to more sophisticated trading capabilities.

The team is actively evolving how they use AI within Content Design, and they’re looking for someone who can help move that forward. You’ll have the opportunity to influence the frameworks, guidelines, workflows and foundations that will shape how the team works with AI going forward.

What you’ll get to own and influence:

• Lead CxD across complex investing and trading experiences
• Shape content for different types of investors, from newer investors to more experienced traders
• Help build the foundations for an AI enabled Content Design practice
• Explore smarter ways for AI and Content Designers to work together
• Partner closely with Product, Design, Legal and Compliance
• Create clear, concise experiences designed heavily for mobile
• Champion accessibility and inclusive content
• Bring ideas forward and have the autonomy to actually make them happen

Who we’d love to meet:

You’re a senior or lead level Content Designer who is comfortable operating in complex, regulated environments and loves taking ownership.

Experience with direct investing, self directed investing or trading products would be a major asset. We’d also love to meet people who have experience bringing AI into content or design workflows and can bring practical ideas, frameworks and learnings to the table.

This is a great opportunity for someone who doesn’t just want to join a Content Design practice, but wants to help shape what it becomes next.
