Qualifications

• 5+ years in a high-volume project management role within construction.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and documents.
• Proven ability to manage safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings and coordinate with owners, engineers, and project staff.
• Develop and update project schedules; manage budgets and cash flow.
• Procure subcontractors and negotiate scope, costs, and terms.
