Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in engineering or equivalent construction PM experience.
• Understanding of financial, legal, and organizational business principles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project aspects from planning through completion.
• Prepare POs, subcontracts, insurance, permits, and bonds.
• Coordinate with Project Planner, Design Engineer, and consultants on scheduling and drawings.
• Resolve conflicts with subcontractors, suppliers, and staff.
• Implement change requests and act as primary client liaison from start to finish.
