Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Manager position in the commercial construction industry.
• Experience managing multiple projects and project teams, including schedule and financials.
• Requires valid driver’s license and the ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage all components of project management including estimates, budget, schedules, and quality.
• Chair project and site meetings to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop strong client relationships and ensure timely communication.
