Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in construction or a related trades/service industry.
• Proven success leading both field and office teams.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of estimating, sales, and job costing.
• Experience managing P&L and achieving financial targets.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team working primarily offsite.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Foster a positive, performance-driven culture.
• Manage divisional P&L to drive profitability and long-term growth.
• Conduct residential and commercial estimates, quotes, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with ownership to set and execute business strategies.
