Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction experience in mining, civil, or heavy industrial sectors.
• Experience delivering major concrete, civil, mining, or heavy industrial projects.
• Strong leadership and ability to coordinate multiple crews and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for construction activities across multiple work fronts.
• Coordinate subcontractors, crews, and field personnel to meet safety and schedule targets.
• Develop and manage construction plans, schedules, sequences, and resource requirements.
• Monitor progress, quality, and productivity; address delays and optimize execution.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure proper planning and execution.
