You will develop scopes of work, monitor progress, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes while maintaining health and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in mining, construction, energy or heavy industrial sectors.
• Post-secondary education in Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management.
• PMP designation is an asset.
• Experience overseeing scope, budget, schedule, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with scope, schedule, budget, milestones, and deliverables.
• Review engineering designs and technical docs for alignment with requirements and standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Monitor progress, quality, costs, and materials against plans and standards.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management.
• Plan and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Identify and manage project risks with mitigation strategies.
• Conduct close-outs, evaluations, and lessons learned for future projects.
