Job Summary

Take and deliver food/drink orders while creating an enjoyable dining experience and promoting a clean and safe environment for guests.

• Serve as the point of contact for work requests communicated to management.
• Train and acclimate new associates to company and client culture and operations.
• Demonstrate understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
• Address and resolve complaints or issues promptly.
• Assist in employee selection, orientation, and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
