Job Summary

Summary: Assists servers with dining room activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supports servers in preparing the dining room and table settings.
• Delivers orders and busses tables.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures, following HACCP standards.
• Maintains personal safety and safety of others.
• Follows all company policies, including:
• Using gloves when handling knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins, or cleaning slicers.
• Using oven mitts or gloves when handling hot items.
• Wearing slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods.
