Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station, ensuring high-quality service in compliance with standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Takes orders, prepares items requiring short prep, completes orders from steam tables, and serves customers at multiple stations.
2. Serves customers efficiently and friendly, ensuring food quality, temperature, and presentation. Tastes all prepared food.
3. Uses ticket-collection procedures and maintains records during service.
4. Uses approved recipes and standards for quality, temperature, and portion control.
5. Carries food items safely between workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
6. Stores foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
7. Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils.
8. Resolves customer concerns and reports issues to supervisor.
9. Attends safety and in-service meetings.
10. Maintains good relationships with coworkers and management.
11. Performs job safely, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
12. Performs additional duties as assigned.
