Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Canada seeks a Lead Caregiver to serve as shift leader, ensuring exceptional resident care while coaching the caregiving team. You will lead shift assignments, coordinate coverage, and monitor resident changes to maintain ISP alignment.

The role involves hands-on ADL support, mentoring new staff, and promoting safety and compliance. This casual, on‑call position requires CPR/First Aid and relevant senior care experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required.
• Strong communication, delegation and decision‑making skills.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

Pay Range:

22.80 - 28.55
