Sunrise Senior Living in Canada is hiring a Caregiver to provide hands-on support with activities of daily living, engage residents, and assist with dining, safety, and well-being. The role emphasizes compassionate care and building relationships with residents and families.

The position follows ISP guidelines and aims to promote dignity and independence, including Memory Care activities where applicable. Training and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming
• Support safety, dignity, and independence in daily routines
• Document changes and follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Engage residents through conversations and activities
• Assist dining services and keep environments clean and welcoming
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• Create enriching experiences for Memory Care residents

• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
