Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living seeks a Caregiver to provide hands-on assistance with daily activities and personal care, focusing on resident dignity and safety. You will engage residents, support dining services, and document changes per Individualized Service Plans.

In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss and build meaningful relationships with families and team members. This casual role offers paid training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (18+).
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and keep environment clean and welcoming.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
