Sunrise Senior Living in Richmond Hill is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on personal care and support residents with daily activities in a compassionate, respectful environment.

You will follow Individualized Service Plans, document changes, and promote safety and dignity while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

This role offers paid training and opportunities for career growth within a supportive team.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

What We’re Looking For:
