Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Canada is seeking a Lead Caregiver to serve as shift leader, delivering hands-on resident care and mentoring the caregiving team.

You will coordinate coverage, coach staff on quality and documentation, and ensure charting aligns with ISP, while promoting safety and seamless shift transitions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care
