You will work with auditors and regulatory bodies, translate complex risks into business requirements, and help strengthen governance and audit readiness across the enterprise.
We are seeking an experienced business analyst to join our team as a Lead Business Analyst, Risk & Compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and optimizing compliance processes across IT Risk areas including Enterprise Architecture, Technology Innovation, Source Code Management, System Development Lifecycle, and System Testing. As a key member of the compliance operations team, you will identify compliance gaps, assess business impact, and recommend solutions to strengthen our organization’s IT governance and audit readiness.
You will analyze and document enterprise-wide IT standards, define compliance requirements across multiple business lines, and develop comprehensive reporting infrastructure to provide executives and stakeholders with compliance visibility.
