RBC is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support the CODI program within Operations Technology. You will be the primary analyst for AI transformation initiatives, bridging business stakeholders in Operations and technical teams to ensure technically sound, operationally grounded AI solutions.
You will drive requirements, define integration details, and align multiple groups around shared priorities, acting as implementation liaison and establishing design standards for future use
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst supporting the CODI (Curated Operational Data and Insights) program within Operations Technology, you will be the primary analyst of technical requirements for an Operations AI transformation initiative. You'll serve as the critical liaison between business stakeholders in Operations (ODIA and OE teams) and technical teams (Operations Technology and RBC Borealis), ensuring that AI-driven solutions are grounded in operational reality and technically sound.
This role is foundational to CODI's success. You'll drive requirements definition, system integration analysis, and gap identification across current use cases while establishing the framework for future use cases and portal development. You'll combine deep technical fluency with the ability to influence and align multiple business groups around shared priorities.
