Grey Eagle Resort & Casino seeks a capable Supervisor to oversee F&B operations on a shift basis. The role involves setting priorities, ensuring service quality, and coordinating activities of on-shift staff to deliver consistent guest experiences.

Under the Director of Food and Beverage, you will lead by example in a fast-paced environment, maintain safety practices, and manage POS, inventory, and beverage costs while training teams and promoting impeccable service standards.

Formación

• Proven experience in leading and motivating a team of service employees is also required.
• Emphasis on Point of Sale programming, inventory control and beverage cost practices and procedures are required.
• Training in Outlook Express, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is an asset.
