Job summary

Grey Eagle Resort & Casino invites applications for a Server Assistant. Under Food and Beverage leadership, this role supports Servers and kitchen teams, maintains clean service areas and delivers food and beverages promptly to guests.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in fast-paced, high-volume service environments; Casino or hospitality experience is an asset.
Demonstrated ability to provide professional guest service and work cooperatively with service and kitchen teams.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest service in line with standards and brand expectations.
Support servers during service by responding to guest needs and keeping dining areas organized.
Clean, sanitize and reset tables, restock condiments and maintain sanitary service areas.
Deliver food and beverages quickly and accurately to guests and assist with service flow during busy periods.
Set up, stock and close stations, ensuring equipment and supplies are maintained.
Follow safety, sanitation and departmental policies and participate in meetings and training.
