Job summary

COBS Bread in Kelowna is seeking an Experienced Baker to lead and train a team while baking high-quality products. You will oversee daily production, ensure recipes are followed, and deliver excellent service to customers.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in a commercial bakery, leadership ability, and flexibility to work weekends in a fast-paced environment. Relocation support is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a commercial baking environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Open availability including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the baking process, ensuring adherence to recipes and production schedules.
• Train and mentor junior bakers and team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery to abide by health and safety standards.
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional service experience and listen to feedback.
