Job summary

Audi Edmonton North is seeking an experienced Lead Service Technician to join the Service Department. This role focuses on guiding a team of technicians, performing advanced diagnostics, and ensuring repairs meet high dealership and manufacturer standards.

You will mentor peers, support efficient workflow, and uphold safety and quality throughout vehicle inspections and road tests. Excellent communication across departments is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of technicians to achieve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals
• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance according to manufacturer standards
• Serve as the primary technical resource for complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Coordinate with Service Advisors to communicate repair status and timelines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
