Mark Motors Group, owner of Audi West Ottawa, is seeking a Licensed Automotive Technician to join a modern, state-of-the-art service team. If you are a fully licensed technician looking to grow with a respected automotive group, we encourage you to apply.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate ($32–$37) and a monthly performance bonus, with schedules Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., and a benefits-rich workplace in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

Qualifications

• Valid Automotive Service Technician 310S license.
• 3–5 years hands-on automotive service experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of automotive systems.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders and discuss required repairs or diagnostic steps with the supervisor or service advisor.
• Inspect engines in operation, perform road tests, and evaluate automotive systems and components using computerized diagnostic equipment and testing devices to identify and isolate faults.
• Repair or replace defective mechanical units or components using appropriate hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive repair equipment.
• Maintain all required licenses and certifications and adhere to manufacturer standards, dealership procedures, and safety protocols.
