Job summary

Janicki Industries seeks an experienced NDI Level III Technician for on-site work in Hamilton, WA. The role focuses on non-destructive testing of aerospace structures, reviewing and approving NDT results, and ensuring certifications meet industry standards.

You will perform ultrasonic and radiographic testing, penetrant inspection, and coordinate Nadcap/OEM accreditation activities while mentoring junior staff and applying LEAN principles to daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and Level III UT/ET/PT certification required.
• 5+ years of expert experience managing production and manufacturing processes.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, implements, and follows NDT procedures.
• Coordinates customer approval and qualification activities.
• Coordinates Nadcap / OEM accreditation activities.
• Selects test methods and techniques for specific tests.
• Provides guidance and training to other NDT personnel.
• Ensures compliance with AS9100 Rev D and regulatory requirements.
• Interface with engineers on new applications and products.
• Applies LEAN principles to improve efficiency.
