Job summary

Future Works is seeking a Lead AI/Agent Architect to own the technical track of an enterprise-grade automation initiative. You will design the agent orchestration model, the tool-use architecture, and the human-in-the-loop protocol, and you will stand up the secure sandbox environment the system runs against.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building production-grade software or AI/ML systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLM or multi-agent architectures.
• Expertise in orchestrating agents and tool calls in production.
• Strong Python, API design, and data-store knowledge.
• Experience designing guardrails, auditability, and governance.
• Domain exposure to document-heavy transactions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the agent orchestration model and state machine across stages.
• Design the tool-use architecture and integration seams to live systems.
• Define human-in-the-loop gates and review checkpoints.
• Secure sandbox, data governance, and zero-retention policies.
• Validate feasibility and translate findings into architecture.
• Ensure extensibility to adjacent workflows and broker domains.
• Lead AI/ML engineers through build phases with fast, safe delivery.
