Job summary

leading-edge is seeking an experienced Last Mile Delivery Manager to oversee planning, execution, and optimization of our last mile operations in Canada. You will lead routing, carrier management, and performance measurement to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with customer service, sales, and logistics teams, develop budgets, and drive process improvements to reduce costs while maintaining service levels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in last mile delivery management, logistics, or transportation.
• Strong knowledge of last mile delivery operations, including routing, scheduling, and carrier management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and other logistics software.

Responsibilities
