Job summary

Kapco Metal Stamping is seeking a Laser Operator for multiple shifts at our Grafton, WI facility. You will operate laser equipment, perform required trainings, and collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality parts and efficient production.

The ideal candidate will handle daily checklists, participate in continuous improvement, and support various duties as assigned. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Operate laser equipment to produce parts that meet customer expectations.
• Complete Kapco crane training and forklift training as necessary.
• Troubleshoot with maintenance if needed.
• Work with the laser helper to keep work area clean and organized.
• Keep the laser helper on track and minimize helper mistakes.
• Complete daily checklists and required paperwork.
• Work on continuous improvement activities and special projects.
• Work on other duties as assigned.

Laser Operator - Multiple Shifts Available

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4am - 2pm
• Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday, 4am - 4pm (work 36 hours, paid for 40!)
