This hybrid role targets agencies, experiential firms, retail brands, franchises, and corporate environments, delivering complete visual and environmental solutions beyond print. The role emphasizes new business development and account growth, with cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful execution and ongoing client engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in large format print, signage, experiential, or related field.
• Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
• Experience with agencies, retail clients, or corporate marketing teams is an asset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with ownership and accountability.
• Understanding of large format production and installation processes is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets including agencies, experiential, retail, franchise, and corporate clients.
• Build and grow a portfolio of accounts through strong relationship management and client engagement.
• Position AIIM, WallscapesCo, and Mack Media as partners for branded environments and large format solutions.
• Manage a pipeline of opportunities including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, and closing.
• Collaborate with estimating, production, and project management to ensure successful execution.
• Maintain visibility into sales activity, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and innovations in large format and experiential environments.
