Job summary

Imaged Advertising Creations is seeking a Client Success Manager to ensure successful execution of client projects from inquiry to installation. You will bridge clients with internal teams, coordinate resources, manage timelines, and proactively resolve issues to exceed expectations.

This role involves site visits, collaboration across departments, and taking ownership of outcomes. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential for delivering high-value retail and fabrication

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project or account management roles.
• Experience in large-format printing or related fields is a plus.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and projects.
• Manage projects from quote approval through production, shipping, installation, and completion.
• Coordinate activities between Sales, Prepress, Production, Fabrication, Shipping, and Installation teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Create and manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify project risks and implement solutions before they impact delivery.
• Conduct site visits and attend installations as required.
• Manage project budgets and ensure scope changes are communicated appropriately.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Lead internal project meetings and coordinate resources to meet deadlines.
• Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and workflow optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, account management, client success, or a related role
• Experience in large‑format printing, signage, retail displays, fabrication, experiential marketing, construction, or manufacturing is considered an asset
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally
