Job summary

AIIM is seeking a Large Format Print Sales Specialist to support growth across its WallscapesCo and Mack Media divisions. This hybrid role targets agencies, experiential firms, retail brands, franchises, and corporate environments, delivering complete visual and environmental solutions beyond print production.

You will build a pipeline, cultivate key accounts, and collaborate with estimating, production, and project management to ensure seamless execution of large format projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in large format print or related field.
• Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
• Experience working with agencies, retail clients, or corporate marketing teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Understanding of large format production and installation processes is a plus.

This is a hybrid role focused on both new business development and account growth, targeting agencies, experiential firms, retail brands, franchises, and corporate environments.

The role is focused on delivering complete visual and environmental solutions, not just print production.

Job Knowledge

Skills:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets including agencies, experiential, retail, franchise, and corporate clients
• Build and grow a portfolio of accounts through strong relationship management and consistent client engagement
• Position AIIM, WallscapesCo, and Mack Media as partners in delivering branded environments and large format solutions
