WBM Technologies seeks a Print Specialist to join the Managed Print Solutions team. This entry-level role supports customers and the internal sales team by delivering assessment, solution design, and deployment support for enterprise print and office technology solutions.

This position provides strong exposure to customer environments, sales processes, and enterprise technology, with clear opportunities for growth within WBM.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and virtual.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Interest in office technologies and enterprise print solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data, documentation, and order entry.

Responsibilities

• Support opportunities and active accounts with the WBM sales team.
• Conduct onsite print and device assessments at customer locations.
• Develop and document supporting business cases for recommended print and office technology solutions.
• Input and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently, with a strong emphasis on data integrity.
• Deliver onsite training to customers on installed print and office technology solutions.
• Provide clear, timely, and professional communication to customers throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate documentation, tracking, and reporting using Microsoft Office applications, with a strong focus on Excel.
• Follow established WBM processes to ensure consistency, quality, and a positive customer experience.
