Job summary

Eco Property Maintenance Inc. in North Vancouver seeks a Territory Manager to own crew performance, scheduling, routing, and client relations. You will drive efficiency, quality, and safety across multiple sites, with a focus on scalable systems, leadership, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and accountability mindset.
• Highly organized and systems oriented.
• Comfortable using apps/software for operations (paperless).
• Strong ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing control.
• Minimum 3 years experience in landscape maintenance & snow removal.
• Minimum 3 years experience managing teams.
• Valid Driver License, clean and able to be insured.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple maintenance crews and crew leaders.
• Own estimating, scheduling, routing, and job efficiency across your zone.
• Conduct regular site visits and safety/quality checks.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify inefficiencies and improve systems/processes.
• Support hiring, training, and development of staff.
• Coordinate seasonal services including snow and salting operations.
• Track performance metrics (time, quality, expenses, profitability).

Key Responsibilities
