Job summary

Eco Property Maintenance is seeking a Seasonal Snow Removal Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance tasks across multiple sites October–March. The role is physically demanding, fast-paced, and requires consistent attention to detail while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in snow removal maintenance.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Willingness to learn and improve.
• Availability and willingness to be on-call through the Winter season, 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, garden maintenance, hedge trimming (if required during season changeover or dry periods).
• Site clean-up and debris removal.
• Snow and ice removal.
• Daily equipment care and organization.
• Following systems and schedules accurately.

As a Seasonal Snow Removal Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for executing maintenance tasks efficiently and professionally across multiple sites daily.

This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role with high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, garden maintenance, hedge trimming (if required during season changeover or dry periods)
• Site clean-up and debris removal
• Snow and ice removal
• Daily equipment care and organization
• Following systems and schedules accurately

Role Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year experience in snow removal maintenance
• Class 5 driver’s license (preferred, not required)
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Willingness to learn and improve
• Availability and willingness to be on-call through the Winter season, 7 days a week
