Job summary

Eco Property Maintenance in North Vancouver is seeking a Territory Manager to own crew performance across multiple sites. You will lead maintenance crews, handle estimating, scheduling, routing, and drive client relationships while improving systems.

Office is largely field-based with tech-enabled operations and a strong emphasis on accountability. This role offers a growth-focused path with benefits and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in landscape maintenance & snow removal.
• Minimum 3 years experience managing teams.
• Valid Driver License, clean and insured.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple maintenance crews and crew leaders
• Own estimating, scheduling, routing, and job efficiency across your zone
• Conduct regular site visits and quality/safety control checks
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify inefficiencies and improve systems/processes
• Support hiring, training, and development of staff
• Coordinate seasonal services including snow/salting operations
• Track performance metrics (time, quality, expenses, profitability)

Key Responsibilities

Compensation

• Competitive Base Salary + performance bonuses and double-digit profit-sharing percentage
